You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return unopened/unused Gold Brew for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for unopened products. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving returned product.

If a bottle arrives leaking or damaged, take a photo and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship a replacement out immediately at no cost to you.

Because woodworking is a craft, we don't offer returns on opened product, but we do offer full support. If your finish isn't acting right, reach out—we’ll help you troubleshoot it until it’s perfect.
