To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Corley Woodcraft & Designs Ltd Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the products; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. In no event shall the aggregate liability of Corley Woodcraft & Designs Ltd Co exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (U.S. $100.00) or the amount you paid us, if any, in the past six months for the products giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any action to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party’s copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights will be the state and federal courts located in Fannin County, Texas, and each of the parties hereto waives any objection to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
